DB Performance have a crew with cutting-edge expertise, in racing and all types of motorsport. We all have solid experience , in the racing context and in service of motor vehicles on elite level.
Our background extends widely in the racing world. We feel lucky to have so talented team members. Some of us started of competing in go-cart racing, motocross at an elite level and ended up working with racing teams winning titles in Formula 1 and STCC.
Frans Olof Bergman -

Frans started his professional career in the car industry. Worked within STCC in Ford, Volvo and the BMW Team with drivers Janne Flash Nilsson, Elisabeth Nilsson, Mattias Ekström, Fredrik Ekblom, Peggen Anderson, etc. In parallel, he worked with various PR and Marketing assignments for Volvo Cars and Renault Sweden. Later, he received an offer to work as a PR-Marketing assistant at BMW Sweden, where he also worked as a test driver, driver and instructor at various events. Frans had great contact with the Swedish motoring press. In parallel, Frans has worked as an interpreter, assistant and driver at various sporting events and also at various state visits to Sweden: Karl Gustav (King of Sweden), Helmut Schmidt (Ex-Prime Minister of Germany), Kimi Räikkönen (Formula 1 Driver) , Grand Master Flash (North-American Hip-Hop Artist), Alpha Oumar Konaré (President of the Republic of Mali). Thanks to his background in racing and STCC, Frans has a great deal of experience with these cars. He also collaborates with racing engineer Daniel from DaRa Performance who has six STCC titles on his CV. Together they have nine STCC titles, not a bad track record. In their workshops, they can convert the cars according to the customers' wishes and nothing is impossible, as they work with many different types of suppliers and thus have access to all spare parts that the customers may need. The company has grown during these years and have today 16 employees. The goal, however, is to grow further, as Frans sees a bright future.
Daniel Peter Rahm -

Grew up with Sweden's largest motorway as a neighbor in small Anderstorp and has seen Formula1 and road racing competitions since he was born. According to his mother, Daniel's other name is Peter, taken from Ronny Pettersson, who is Sweden's most successful Formula 1 driver. He has also been successful in motocross as a junior. Daniel started his career as a go-kart mechanic without experience to a good driver who managed to become both Swedish and Nordic champion. They went around various competitions in Europe and even managed to meet Lewis Hamilton and Nicco Rosberg. Both have later become world champions in Formula1. Later he became a mechanic responsible for two Formula Ford cars for Westcoast Racing and they managed to become Swedish and Nordic champions in Formula Ford. After that Daniel became racing engineer, chief engineer and team manager for Westcoast Racing and in that role they became Swedish champions in STCC 2004, 2005, 2007, 2010. They also won the European championship in 2005. He also jumped in and entered the World Championships for BMW motorsport with a victory in Macao . In 2013, Daniel moved to Thailand and started working for Öhlins Asia as an engineering specialist and was responsible for developing and testing new shock absorber applications for motorcycles for the Asian market. Daniel came to Öhlins Racing in Stockholm where he today builds prototype shock absorbers for Formula1 cars and alternates it with various racing assignments abroad and in Sweden. In 2020, his team won the STCC. They also completed a long-distance race in Dubai and a GT race in Belgium.

Débora is a journalist and worked as TV producer and reporter back in her hometown in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She's passionate about sports, especially racing, and was the host of a F1 radio show and the marketing manager in a sports data company.
Jonas Finnstedt

Jonas is a new acquisition to the team, he can be described as pedantic and has an eye for details. Jonas and Frans went to high school together and have been good friends all these years. They practiced together at Bilia in Alvik where Jonas then got a job and stayed there until now when Frans managed to attract Jonas with all the new projects that come in the future. Like Daniel, Jonas has also practiced motocross at an elite level and is a pure competition person. Jonas together with Daniel will also be responsible for our new "prodigy racing engineer".
Dante Bäcksin

Operations Manager
Dante is the teams "goa göteborgare" and is also half-finn. He delivers good jokes with a characteristic Finnish temperament. Dante joined after many years as site manager at Dekra and will help Frans and the team to run and build the business.
Mika Lindström

Our very own mystery man; No one really knows how, so many good jokes can fit such small stature. Mika has been Frans right-hand man since the very start. With over 15 years in the auto detailing business we can proudly say that he is our master shine guru.
